This purified antibody identifies purified human Hsp90beta and will detect a 90kD protein corresponding to the apparent molecular mass of Hsp90beta on SDS-PAGE immunoblots in samples from human, mouse, rat, hamster, guinea pig, bovine, canine, goat, porcine and rabbit. This antibody is specific for Hsp90beta and does not detect Hsp90alpha. |
