| Product Name | MIG, Recombinant, Human |
| Description | Purity ~95% (SDS-PAGE). MIG (CXCL9) protein belongs to the family of chemotactic cytokines known as chemokines. The synthesis of MIG is specifically induced in macrophages and in other cells by IFN-gamma. Human neutrophils produce mig in response to IFN-gamma in combination with either TNF-alpha or bacterial lipopolysaccharides and this response is blocked by IL-10 and IL-4. MIG is a chemoattractant for stimulated but not resting T cells, however it is not active on neutrophils or monocytes. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to human MIG expressed in E. coli. Molecular Weight: ~11kD Biological Activity: Determined by its ability to chemoattract human peripheral blood T lymphocytes using a concentration range of 10-80ng/mL. Endotoxin: <1EU/ug (LAL) |
