| Product Name | MIG, Recombinant, Human (CXCL9, Monokine induced by Interferon Gamma) |
| Description | Purity ~97% (SDS-PAGE, HPLC). Human MIG (monokine induced by interferon-g) is produced by macrophages and other cells and is a member of the a-chemokine family (C-X-C) of cytokines. MIG acts as a chemoattractant toward monocytes, lymphocytes, and certain T cells. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to human MIG, a single non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 103aa, expressed in E. coli. Molecular Weight: ~11.7kD (103aa) Applications: Suitable for use in SDS-PAGE. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Biological Activity: Determined by its ability to chemoattract human peripheral blood T-Lymphocytes using a concentration range of 10-100ng/ml, corresponding to a specific activity of 1x10e4IU/mg. Endotoxin: <1EU/mg (LAL) AA |
