| Product Name | MIG, Recombinant, Mouse (Monokine Induced by Interferon-gamma, CXCL9) |
| Description | Purity ~98% (SDS-PAGE). MIG, a CXC chemokine, is produced by IFN-gamma stimulated monocytes, macrophages and endothelial cells. It signals through the CXCR3 receptor. MIG selectively chemoattracts Th1 lymphocytes, and also exerts other activities including inhibition of tumor growth, angiogenesis, and inhibition of colony formation of hematopoietic progenitors. Human MIG is active on mouse cells. Recombinant mouse MIG is a 12.2kD protein containing 105aa residues, including the four highly conserved cysteine residues present in CXC chemokines. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to mouse MIG, expressed in E. coli. Biological Activity: Determined by its ability to chemoattract human lymphocytes using a concentration range of 0.1-1ng/ml. Endotoxin: <0.1ng/ug of protein (<1EU/ug) AA Sequence: TLVIRNARCS CISTSRGTIH YKSLKDLKQF APSPNCNKTE IIATLKNGDQ TCLDPDSANV KKLMKEWEKK INQKKKQKRG KKHQKNMKNR KPKTPQSRRR SRKTT |
