| Description | Purity ~85% (SDS-PAGE). Purified using Gel filtration, ion exchange, negative immunoaffinity chromatography and affinity chromatography. Protein is provided as a heterotetrameric complex, consisting of two PAPP-A subunits and two pro-MBP subunits. When tested on SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, the PAPP-A subunits are ~187kD each and the proMBP subunits are 50-90kD each (depending on variable glycosylation of the subunits). Applications: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescent assays with anti-PAPP-A antibodies. |
