Enzyme reaction is conducted in a buffer containing 50mM HEPES, pH 7.5, 10mM magnesium chloride, 1mM EGTA, 200uM ATP, 0.01% Brij-35, 2uM substrate (SER/THR 14) at RT for 1hour. Applications: Suitable for use in the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors and selectivity profiling. |
