| Description | Quantity: 30 assays per kit Quality Control Testing: This kit was used to precipitate cdc42-GTP from 1mg of a 3T3 cell lysate that had been loaded in vitro with GTP gamma-S. Previous lots precipitated cdc42-GTP from HL-60 and HeLa cell lysates that had been loaded in vitro with GTP gamma-S, as well as from 1mg of lysate from PMA-stimulated HL-60 cells that had been differentiated to neutrophillike cells by treatment for 5 days with 1.4% DMSO. The precipitated cdc42-GTP was detected by Western Blot using anti-cdc42 (1ug/ml). Kit Components: C2562-80A: PAK-1 PBD (Agarose), 1x300ul.
