| Description | Description: Alkaline phosphatase is commonly used in Immunohistrochemistry and in situ hybridization. FastRed/Napthol AS-Mx is the most commonly used substrate chromogen of alkaline phosphatase. The end product is a pink color precipitate. Components in this kit are prepared with pure chemicals according to the proprietary technology. One Kit is consisted of two components: 5ml of 20 x Solution A and 5ml of 20 x Solution B. It is enough for staining 500 standard tissue sections. The end product is a pink color precipitate. This product is not compatible with organic solvents. Quality Control: The solution of each lot are tested by immunohistochemistry, and the results are consistent lot to lot. Protocol: Both Solution A and B are 20 x concentrated solution. For preparation of 1ml substrate working solution, add 50ul of Solution A to 900ul of distilled water, mix well. Then add 50ul of Solution B to the mixture, mix well.
