| Description | Purity ~97% (SDS-PAGE, HPLC). Human GRO-beta is a member of the C-X-C family of chemokines and promotes neutrophil and basophil chemotaxis and degranulation. GRO-beta like GRO-alpha specifically inhibits growth factor-stimulated proliferation of capillary endothelial cells in a dose-dependent manner. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to human GRO-beta, a single non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 73aa, expressed in E. coli.
