| Description | Mouse Anti-Rat SUR1 and SUR2B Monoclonal IgG1. Detects ~175kDa and smaller fragments likely due to proteolytic cleavage. 1 µg/ml of SMC-432 was sufficient for detection of SUR1 and SUR2B in 20 µg of mouse brain membrane lysate and assayed by colorimetric immunoblot analysis using goat anti-mouse IgG:HRP as the secondary antibody. |
