| Description | This immunoaffinity purified antibody Detects a ~45kD protein, corresponding to the apparent molecular mass of the proform of caspase-4 on SDS-PAGE immunoblots, in samples from human and monkey. This 45kD band as well as unidentified 40 and 30kD bands present in cell lysates, can be specifically inhibited in peptide competition studies. An additional band at 70kD is also observed on Western blots, this band is not inhibited by the relevant peptide. |
