It does not have any significant activity against a range of other kinases like EGFR; PDGFR; and IG-RI. Y15 has shown to promote cell detachment inhibiting cell adhesion in in vitro experiments; shows antiproliferative activity in variety of tumor cell lines. In vivo it has shown to inhibit the proliferation in breast cancer cells. |
