| Description | This Multiplex Human Cytokine, BioAssay™ ELISA Kit for pro-inflammatory cytokines is designed for semi-quantitative and simultaneous determination of pro-inflammatory cytokines including interleukin-1α (IL-1α), interleukin 1β (IL-1β), interleukin-6 (IL-6), interleukin-8 (IL-8), granulocyte macrophage colony stimulating factor (GM-CSF), monocyte chemotactic and activating factor (MCAF), and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) in cell culture supernatant and other biological samples. This ELISA assay is a 3.5 hour solid phase immunoassay readily applicable to measure the levels of eight cytokines in cell culture supernatant, and other biological fluids. It showed no cross reactivity with various other proteins. This Multiplex ELISA is expected to be effectively used for investigations into the relationship inflammatory cytokine expression and various experimental, pathological and physiological conditions.
