| Description | MW: 430.55. Purity ≥98% by HPLC. EHop-016 is an analog of NSC-23766 that acts as a potent inhibitor of Rac GTPase (IC50 = 1.1 uM for Rac1). The IC50 of 1.1 muM for Rac inhibition by EHop-016 is 100-fold lower than for NSC-23766. EHop-016 is specific for Rac1 and Rac3 at concentrations of ≤5 muM. At higher concentrations; EHop-016 inhibits the close homolog Cdc42. |
