| Description | Recognizes mouse IgA heavy chain. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-peroxidase, anti-rabbit serum, mouse IgA and mouse serum. Specificity was confirmed by ELISA at less than 1% crossreactivity against other mouse heavy and light chain isotypes. |
