| Description | Purity ≥80% by SDS-PAGE. Human PI3K (p120 gamma) (GenBank Accession No. AF327656), full length with N-terminal His tag, expressed in an Baculovirus infected Sf9 cell expression system (MW:~131kD). Specific Activity: Lot-dependent. Sample Value: ~1200 pmol/min/ug. A 50ul kinase reaction is conducted in a buffer containing 40mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 20mM MgCl2, 100uM ATP, 200uM L-alpha-phosphatidylinositol/ L-alpha-phosphatidylserine (PI/PS), and 20-200ng enzyme for 15 min at 30°C. ATP reduction is detected using ADP-Glo™ Kinase Assay Platform (Promega Corporatio). Application: Useful for the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling. |
