The microtiter plate provided in this BioAssay™ kit has been pre-coated with Sulfamethoxazole antigen. Standards or samples are added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells with Sulfamethoxazole specific antibody and Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugated anti-antibody. The competitive inhibition reaction is launched between pre-coated Sulfamethoxazole and Sulfamethoxazole in standards or samples with the Sulfamethoxazole special antibody.
