| Description | Purified by affinity chromatography to a purity of ≥98% as determined by reducing SDS-PAGE. Recombinant SIV p27 is expressed as a fusion protein. Purified protein is enymatically cleaved to produce p27 with authentic N- and C-termini. Applications: Binds to SIV positive simian serum polyclonal antibodies and epitope specific murine monoclonal antibodies in ELISA and Western Blot. Also suitable for Immunization and Cell Activation Studies. Other applications have not been tested. |
