Sensitivity: 8.777ug/ml Range: 9.375-600ug/ml Specificity: This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of bovine IgM. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between bovine IgM and analogues was observed. Test Principle: This BioAssay™ employs the competitive inhibition enzyme immunoassay technique. The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with bovine IgM. Standards and samples are pipetted into the wells with a Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugated antibody specific for bovine IgM. Following a wash to remove any unbound reagent, a substrate solution is added to the wells and color develops in opposite to the amount of bovine IgM in samples.
