| Description | ImmunoTek Plus™ Microwell Peroxidase Substrate, Single Component Microwell Peroxidase Substrate is a proprietary substrate formulation for peroxidase detection. The substrate is supplied as a one component liquid ready to use solution. Microwell Peroxidase Substrate has higher kinetic activity and can be used at additional wavelengths for even higher signal readings. Uniquely designed stop solutions for Microwell Peroxidase Substrate can even boost readings further. The substrate formulation is manufactured as a near colorless liquid with low background and a longer shelf life than most formulations. When Microwell Peroxidase Substrate is reacted with peroxidase, a soluble blue reaction develops that can be read at 405nm or 650nm. Manufactures two stop reagents tailored for Microwell Peroxidase Substrate. Depending on the stop reagent, the end point color will be stable for at least two hours.
