| Description | ImmunoTek Plus™ Stop Reagent, Microwell Substrate, HRP (405nm, 650nm) Microwell Substrate is a proprietary liquid reagent specifically designed to stop the Microwell Substrate Stop Solution reaction. Microwell Substrate is tailored for Microwell Substrate Stop Solution. A soluble blue reaction develops that can be stopped for end point readings at either 405nm or 650nm using Microwell Substrate Stop Solution. The Microwell Peroxidase Substrate will produce kinetic signal when read at 405nm, the recommended wavelength, about 40% higher than conventional. Reading at 650nm will provide an additional 40% increase in kinetic signal compared to 405nm readings. Microwell Substrate Stop Solution will stop the substrate reaction and provide end point readings at either wavelength. The end point readings will be stable for at least an hour.
