| Description | MOUSE ANTI SHEEP CD1. This item recognises the ovine CD1 cell surface antigen. CD1 is primarily expressed in cortical thymocytes and dendritic cells in the dermis, afferent lymph, lymph node, spleen and thymus, and also on B lymphocytes and monocytes. This antibody immunoprecipitates antigens at 12kD and 46kD. It is unreactive with granulocytes, platelets and erythrocytes. |
