| Description | DNA is isolated by proprietary modified guanidine thiocyanate techniques. Quality Control: 1. The quality and purity of genomic DNA were tested by spectrophotometer and electrophoresis. A260/280 is between 1.8 and 2.0 detected in 10mM Tris-Cl, pH 7.5. 2. RNase treatment to ensure the RNA contamination is eliminated. 3. Hind III digestion test: genomic DNA was successfully digested by Hind III. 4. b-Actin expression was tested by PCR amplification for Genomic DNA or PCR ready genomic DNA. 5. GAPDH expression was tested by Real Time PCR for 96 well tumor genomic DNA plate. Note: Though some of Small Size Genomic DNA can be used for southern blot analysis, we strongly recommend customers use our Genomic DNA product line for southern blot studies. All plant genomic DNA concentration was measured by pico green method to assure the true quantity.
