| Description | Sample Type: Serum, Plasma, Biological Fluids Intended Use: This BioAssay™ kit is a sandwich ELISA for in vitro quantitative measurement of 12-LO in rat serum, plasma and other biological fluids Sensitivity: 0.938ng/mL Range: 1.563-100ng/mL Specificity: Recognizes natural and some recombinant rat 12-LO. Test Principle: This BioAssay™ ELISA kit uses Sandwich-ELISA as the method. The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to rat 12-LO (Arachidonate 12-Lipoxygenase). Standards or samples are added to the appropriate micro ELISA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for rat 12-LO (Arachidonate 12-Lipoxygenase) and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added to each micro plate well successively and incubated.
