Molecular Weight: ~7.8kD Biological Activity: The biological activity of MDC was determined by measuring its ability to chemoattract total murine T cells. A concentration range of 10-100ng/ml is found to produce significant chemotaxis. MDC is a member of the b chemokine (C-C) family.
