| Description | Murine macrophage in?ammatory protein-3 alpha (MIP-3 alpha, Exodus, LARC) is a member of the beta-chemokine (C-C) family of cytokines. Recombinant Murine MIP-3 alpha is an 7.9kDa protein containing 70 amino acid residues. Stability: The lyophilized protein, though stable at room temperature, is best stored desiccated below 0°C. Reconstituted MIP-3 alpha should be stored in working aliquots at-20°C. Purity: ≥ 98% by SDS-PAGE and HPLC analyses Endotoxin: ≤ 0.1ng/ug (1EU/ug) Reconstitution: We recommend a quick spin followed by reconsitution in water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0mg/ml. This solution can then be diluted into other aqueous buffers and stored at 4°C for 1 week or-20°C for future use.
