| Description | Recognizes human Desmocollin 1. Positive on primary keratinocytes, however restricted to local pilles of differentiated cells. All simple epithelia are negative. Reacts with 111kD (form a) and 103kD (form b) polypeptides (Desmocollin 1 splice forms, both at pI 5.2) from human epidermal desmosomes. Species Crossreactivity: Negative with bovine and rodent. |
