| Description | Sample Type: Serum, plasma Intended Use: This kit can measure the activity of LDH isoenzymes in serum or plasma samples. Sensitivity: The minimum detection limit ≤ 9.0U/L. Range: 0~500U/L (r2≥0.995) Test Principle: L - LD + NAD+ LDH pyruvic acid + NADH (pH 9.3) There is guanidine thiocyanate as an inhibitor to suppress the activity of LDH2, LDH3, LDH4 and LDH5, so this kit can be used to test the activity of LDH1. Measure the formation rate of NADH at 340nm wavelength and then the activity of LDH1 can be calculated.
