| Product Name | CXCL10, Recombinant, Human, His-Tag |
| Description | Purity ~95% (SDS-PAGE, HPLC). Human Chemokine (C-X-C motif) ligand 10 (CXCL10), also known as Interferon gamma- inducible protein-10 (IP-10), is a non-ELR chemokine secreted by various cell types including monocytes, endothelial cells and fibroblasts in response to IFN-gamma. CXCL10 functions via chemokine receptor CXCR3. CXCL10 has been attributed to several roles, such as chemo- attraction for activated T-lymphocytes, inhibition of angiogenesis and antitumor activity. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa22-98 from human CXCL10 at C-terminus, fused to His-tag, expressed in E.coli. Molecular Weight: ~8.8kD Endotoxin: <0.1ng/ug (1IEU/ug) Biological Activity: The ED50 of rHu CXCL10 as determined by its ability to chemoattract human CXCR3 transfected BaF3 mouse proB cells was 0.02-0.06 ug/ml. |
