| Description | ITPR1 / IP3 Receptor Type 1 Antibody LS-C355733. The antibody detects inositol 1,4,5-triphosphate receptor type-I (IP3R-I) from mouse, human and rat tissues. It has been successfully used in Western blot procedures. By Western blot, this antibody detects a ~240-260 kD protein representing IP3R-I from rat and mouse brain extract. This sequence is 100% conserved in human, mouse, and rat IP3R-I protein. |
