| Product Name | LGMN, Recombinant, Mouse, aa18-435, His-Tag(Legumain, AEP, Prsc1) |
| Description | Purity ~90% (SDS-PAGE). LGMN, also known as legumain, is a lysosomal cysteine protease found in all mouse tissues, but was particularly abundant in kidney and placenta. It plays a pivotal role in the endosomal/lysosomal degradation system because the Legumain deficiency causes the accumulation of pro cathepsins B, H and L, another group of lysosomal cysteine proteases. Over expression of Legumain in tumors is significant for invasion/metastasis. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa18-435 from mouse LGMN, fused to His-tag at C-terminal expressed in Insect cell. Molecular Weight: ~48.6kD (426aa) AA |
