| Description | IVL / Involucrin Antibody (PE) LS-C655439. Recognizes human involucrin at 66-170kD, depending on cell type. Stains involucrin in a variety of sizes: 170kD in MCF-7 cells, a doublet of ~115kD and 150kD in gorilla and owl monkey, 66kD in canine and a doublet of 105kD in porcine. Species cross-reactivity: Gorilla, owl, monkey, porcine, canine and rat. |
