| Description | Basigin / Emmprin / CD147 Antibody (clone OX-47, FITC) LS-C58643. Recognizes CD147, a 42-48KDa type I transmembrane glycoprotein, expressed highly on activated lymphocytes and to a lesser extent on resting cells and some endothelia. The antigen contains two Ig-like domains and an unusual transmembrane domain containing a charged glutamic acid residue and is structurally homologous to chicken blood brain barrier antigen HT7. Clone OX-47 is reported to be suitable for use in Western blotting. |
