| Description | Bcl2/Adenovirus E1B 19kDa Interacting Protein 3 (BNIP3) BioAssay™ ECL Kit (Rat) is a quantitative, in vitro, Chemiluminescence-based sandwich immunoassay (ECL) suitable for use in Tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. Test Principle: The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Bcl2/Adenovirus E1B 19kD Interacting Protein 3. Standards or samples are then added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells with a biotin-conjugated antibody specific to Bcl2/Adenovirus E1B 19kD Interacting Protein 3. Next, Avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. Then the mixture of substrate A and B is added to generate glow light emission kinetics.
