| Description | The Cyclin Dependent Kinase 6 (CDK6) BioAssay™ ELISA Kit is a quantitative sandwich assay for the detection of CDK6 in human serum, plasma and other biological fluids. Detection Range: 0.16-10ng/ml Sensitivity: 0.10ng/ml Precision: Intra-Assay %CV: <10% Inter-Assay %CV: <10% Specificity: Recognizes human CDK6. No significant crossreactivity or interference between human CDK6 and analogues was observed. Assay Principle: The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to human CDK6. Standards or samples are then added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells and incubated. Then a biotin-conjugated antibody specific to CDK6 is added. Next, Avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added, only those wells that contain CDK6, biotin-conjugated antibody and enzyme-conjugated Avidin will apear blue in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is |
