| Description | The BioAssay™ ELISA Kit is a 1.5 hour solid-phase competitive ELISA designed for the quantitative determination of Anoctamin-1 (ANO1) in guinea pig serum, plasma, cell culture supernatants, tissue homogenates and other body fluids. This kit for research use only, not for therapeutic or diagnostic applications. Detection Range: 5-100ng/ml Sensitivity: 1ng/ml Precision: Intra-assay %CV: <10 Inter-assay %CV: <10 Specificity: This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of ANO1 (Guinea Pig). No significant crossreactivity or interference with analogs was observed.
