Applications: Suitable for use as a positive control for antibodies. Recommended Usage: Add an equal volume of Laemmli reducing sample buffer to 5-10ul of lysate. Boil for 5 minutes to reduce the preparation. Load 5-10ul (10-20ug) of reduced lysate per lane for immunoblot analysis. |
