Next, Avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. After TMB substrate solution is added, only those wells that contain STAT5B, biotin-conjugated antibody and enzyme-conjugated Avidin will exhibit a change in color. |
