| Description | Tri-Iodothyronine (T3), BioAssay™ ELISA Kit is a competitive ELISA intended for the quantitative determination of T3 in fish serum, plasma and tissue homogenates. Detection Range: 0.5-8ng/ml Intra-assay Precision: %CV <15 Inter-assay Precision: %CV <15 Sensitivity: The minimum detectable dose of fish T3 is typically less than 0.5ng/ml. The sensitivity of this assay, or Lower Limit of Detection (LLD) was defined as the lowest fish T3 concentration that could be differentiated from zero. It was determined the mean O.D value of 20 replicates of the zero standard added by their three standard deviations. Specificity: This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of figh T3. No significant crossreactivity or interference between fish T3 and analogs was observed. Note: Limited by current skills and knowledge, it is impossible for us to complete the crossreactivity detection between fish T3 and all the analogs. Therefore, crossreaction may still exist.
