| Description | Tri-Iodothyronine (T3), BioAssay™ ELISA Kit is a competitive ELISA intended for the quantitative determination of Tri-Iodothyronine in porcine serum and plasma. Detection Range: 500-8000pg/ml Intra-assay Precision: CV <15% Inter-assay Precision: CV <15% Sensitivity: The minimum detectable dose of porcine T3 is typically less than 500pg/ml. The sensitivity of this assay, or Lower Limit of Detection (LLD) was defined as the lowest porcine T3 concentration that could be differentiated from zero. It was determined the mean O.D value of 20 replicates of the zero standard added by their three standard deviations. Specificity: This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of porcine T3. No significant crossreactivity or interference between porcine T3 and analogs was observed.
