| Description | Plasminogen (PLG), BioAssay™ ELISA Kit (Mouse) is a competitive ELISA intended for the quantitative determination of PLG concentration in mouse serum, plasma and tissue homogenates. Sensitivity: <15.6ng/ml Range: 62.5-4000ng/ml Precision: Intra-assay CV: <8% Inter-assay CV: <10% Principle of the Assay: This assay employs the competitive inhibition enzyme immunoassay technique. The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with PLG. Standards or samples are added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells with HRP-conjugated anti-PLG antibody. A competitive inhibition reaction is launched between pre-coated PLG and PLG in the standards or samples. A substrate solution is added to the wells; the color development is stopped and the intensity of the color is measured.
