In SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, the apparent molecular mass of rh IL17RA/Fc monomer is approximately 95-105 kDa due to glycosylation. A DNA sequence encoding the extracellular domain of human IL17RA (NP_055154.3) (Met 1-Trp 320) was was fused with the C-terminal polyhistidine-taggged Fc region of human IgG1 at the C-terminus. |
