The reduced monomer comprises 444 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 50 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, the apparent molecular mass of rm ICAM2/Fc monomer is approximately 60-70 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. A DNA sequence encoding the mouse ICAM2 (NP_034624.1) extracellular domain (Met 1-Gln 222) was fused with the Fc region of human IgG1 at the C-terminus. |
