| Description | Sample Type: Serum, plasma, tissue homogenates Intended Use: For the quantitative determination of mouse cluster of differentiation 6 (CD6) concentrations in serum, plasma and tissue homogenates. Sensitivity: 3.91pg/ml Range: 15.63-1000pg/ml Specificity: This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of mouse CD6. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between mouse CD6 and analogues was observed. Test Principle: This BioAssay™ employs the quantitative sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique. Antibody specific for CD6 has been pre-coated onto a microplate. Standards and samples are pipetted into the wells and any CD6 present is bound by the immobilized antibody. After removing any unbound substances, a biotin-conjugated antibody specific for CD6 is added to the wells. After washing, avidin conjugated Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to the wells. Following a wash to remove any unbound avidin-enzyme reagent, a substrate solution is added to the wells |
