The protein is conjugated to a 23 amino acids synthetic peptide derived from gp36 of HIV-II. Specificity: Immunoreactive with all sera of HIV-I, HIV type O & HIV-II infected individuals. Applications: Antigen in ELISA and Western Blot, excellent antigen for early detection of HIV seroconvertors with minimal specificity problems. |
