| Description | Purity ≥ 95% as determined by RP-HPLC, anion-exchange FPLC and/or reducing and non-reducing SDS-PAGE Silver Stained gel. Part of the AP-3 complex, an adapter-related complex which is not clathrin-associated. The complex is associated with the Golgi region as well as more peripheral structures. It facilitates the budding of vesicles from the Golgi membrane and may be directly involved in trafficking to lysosomes. Description: Recombinant Human AP3S1 produced in E.Coli is a non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing amino acids (1-193) and having a total molecular mass of 22.2kD. Recombinant AP3S1 contains T7 tag at N-terminus and is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Applications: • ELISA • MS • Western Blotting Stability: Recombinant P3S2 although stable at 140C for 1 week, should be stored desiccated below -180C. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA). Please avoid freeze-thaw cycles. |
