| Description | Protein Kinase C Panel consists of various PKC isoform standards that are ready for use in Western blot or other like applications. PKC preparations are not enzymatically active. Each vial contains 500ug of the specified PKC isoform suspended in SDS/mercaptoethanol sample buffer with a bromphenol blue dye marker. Each standard is ready to be loaded onto an SDS-PAGE gel as a control. Source: Human recombinant protein expressed in baculoviral insect cells. Intended Use: Load 2-5ul per lane on minigels for Western blotting applications for each respective PKC isoform.
