| Description | MW: 368.86. Purity ≥98% by HPLC. KW 2449 is a multikinase inhibitor of FLT3; ABL; ABL-T315I; and Aurora kinase. It displays potent inhibition of growth effects on leukemia cells with FLT3 mutations via inhibition of the FLT3 kinase. This leads in the down-regulation of phosphorylated-FLT3/STAT5; G1 arrest; and apoptosis. KW 2449 induces the reduction of phosphorylated histone H3; G2/M arrest; and apoptosis in FLT3 wild-type human leukemia. |
