| Description | Leucine Rich Alpha-2-Glycoprotein 1 (LRG1) BioAssay™ ELISA Kit is a sandwich enzyme immunoassay for in vitro quantitative measurement of LRG1 in human serum, plasma and other biological fluids. Detection Range: 7.81-500ng/ml Sensitivity: 4.69ng/ml Precision: Intra-Assay %CV: <10% Inter-Assay %CV: <10% Specificity: Recognizes natural and some recombinant human LRG1. No significant crossreactivity or interference between human LRG1 and analogues was observed. Test Principle: The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to LRG1. Standards or samples are then added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells with a biotin-conjugated antibody specific to LRG1. Next, Avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. Free components are washed away.
