| Product Name | Dengue Virus, Subtype 1 Envelope 15kD, C-Terminal (Domain III), Recombinant, His-Tag |
| Description | Purity ~95% (12% PAGE, coomassie staining). Caused by one of four closely related virus serotypes of the genus Flavivirus, family Flaviviridae, each serotype is sufficiently different that there is no cross-protection and epidemics caused by multiple serotypes (hyperendemicity) can occur. In cell culture experiments and mice Morpholino antisense oligos have shown specific activity against Dengue virus. The expressed protein contains neutralizing epitopes and receptor binding domain, it has been used in the study for vaccine development. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to Dengue Type-1 envelope, fused to 6x His-Tag, at C-terminal expressed in E coli. Molecular Weight: ~15kD |
